I am wanting to hit the 230-240 lbs. working out is the easy part its dieting and cooking the food thats gonna be hard. I dont care to be ripped i wanna be bulky and big. Leave comments if you'd like. Thank you.

I was on t250 was at about 150 weighed 170 after first cycle.
