This is 3 weeks so far difference i'm happy-ish with the result so far been running 30mg dbol for the first 2 weeks then upped it to 40mg for the last 2 weeks along with 600mg of test e a week.
it is relaxed Vs Tensed but whatever.
i'm lacking A LOt in my chest (always have done) i'm doing a lot of super sets now and failure sets (only started doing this i've heard it's good) am i doing it right? also started incorporating dips to my workouts. Anyone else have any other suggestions?
also what BF% would you guess i'm at?
