    3 Weeks in so far

    This is 3 weeks so far difference i'm happy-ish with the result so far been running 30mg dbol for the first 2 weeks then upped it to 40mg for the last 2 weeks along with 600mg of test e a week.



    it is relaxed Vs Tensed but whatever.

    i'm lacking A LOt in my chest (always have done) i'm doing a lot of super sets now and failure sets (only started doing this i've heard it's good) am i doing it right? also started incorporating dips to my workouts. Anyone else have any other suggestions?

    also what BF% would you guess i'm at?

    Maybe 18% ish, Water from Dbol will make you look a higher.

    Good work so far though, still early days. couple more weeks and the test will start kicking in!!

    Yeah i've always been bit of a tub! Going to shred after this cycle tho. Yeah i'm excited to see what kind of results i'll get from this Test! the dbol so far has been good in means of strength and endurance. Do you reckon you'll see better results from the Test or the dbol (considering the dbol is only ran for 4 weeks)

    Difficult question, depends person to person, dosages etc.. Personally orals give me a good kick, but i run them longer than 4 weeks.

    We all know test is a good foundation, so i would say as an average people see their best results from the test. That's a guess though...

    Good job keep at it! Stay consistent and get after it each and every workout!! Don't forget to rest! Even though the gear will speed up your muscle recovery, your CNS still needs to recover and you will see more gains.

    Stimulate, don't annihilate.

    Will do been smashing it lately doing 2 days, rest, 2/3 days, rest, one day, rest then repeat. Cheers brothhaaa!
