End of PCT on first cycle Test 400 Tbol 40

Hey finished my PCT after 400mg test (1-12) and 40mg tbol (1-7). Fairly happy with the results. Lost a lot of weight during PCT (15lbs) of which most was water from the nolva I'm thinking.

Ended up at 188lbs (since I stopped nolva up to 194) height: 5'11
    arms:16'
    chest" 48.5'
    waist: 30'
    thighs: 26'
bf: no idea estimates seem to vary a lot

    Lifts: squat: did 5x5 @405lbs bench: 4x6 @ 305lbs deadlift: 5x5 @ 510lbs

looking forward to going hard to hold what I got and starting a 2nd cycle in 4-5months provided bloodwork is good!

Let me know what you guys think!Click image for larger version.

I switch up my routine every 4 weeks so over the course of the cycle I completed 4 programs.

They were based around hypertrophy (opposed to power lifting in past). 6 days a week for first 2 programs, 5 days for last 2 with a one week deload in the middle.

Usually something like: day 1 - squats / quads (5-6 exercises with 4-5 sets of 6-12 rep range).
Day 2: Chest same thing 4-5 sets with 6-12 reps and 5-6 exercises.
    Day 3: Shoulders
    Day 4:Back
    Day 5: Upper body accessory
    Day 6: Deadlift / hamstrings
    Day 7: 30min fasted cardio / stretching.

Lot's of squat / bench / deadlifting / overhead press / rows etc. with accessory exercises thrown in

Ate 6 times a day and stuck to that with no drinking to hit ~3200-3500 calories a day of clean food.

Very impressive lifts. I’m going to guess your bf% is at or below 15%. You might still be holding a little water.

What was your weight before beginning this cycle?

Did a cut and started cycle at around 188lbs. Went up to 205 at peak during cycle and came back down to the same 188 but leaner than before. I usually hover around 200lbs naturally if im lifting but not dieting hard.

Honestly not really. Only loss I have had is a bit of that sharp look in the shoulders. Have kept the muscle mass and strength gains thus far. Continued to eat the same and train everyday the same as I was on cycle.

    Great job man!

Do you have a pic from before your cycle so we can see the comparison?

You will develop nicely, though, as I can tell you have a good structure genetically so I think you'll be pleased as you keep progressing.

What is the end goal for you bro?

Can't find a similar front one but it was clearly higher BF (id guess 3-4%) and less muscle size as well as definition.

Thanks! Not sure on goal, right now but probably go for more muscle size and conditioning. Bring up weak body parts and become more aesthetic.

Boom! I love it, keep up the good work man!

And yeah you're def leaner post cycle. You'll notice less estrogen issues like bloating the leaner you get as estrogen is made in adipose tissue which is fat, so the less fat on your body the fewer places the estrogen has to hide, so to speak. Just thought I'd give you an extra reason to keep getting leaner lol.

Nothing that wasn't manageable. ONLY real side effect I experienced was after the cycle was over and when i started PCT i got some chest/back/shoulder acne which I still do have. Keep in mind that I had this as a teenager so I am definitely prone and have got some body acne naturally. The steroids definitely did make it worse, and when my hormone levels were normalizing after the cycle it definitely brought this on.

Other than that, when the test started to kick in I did feel some itchiness in the nipples a bit but it subsided pretty quickly. Tbol did not cause any negative sides. Overall, the PCT was the toughest part imho and the cycle was the fun part
