Gaining some size will boost metabolism and allow you to remain leaner year round so start with the gains.

What cycles have you ran before? Test alone would likely be all you need after that long off.

First you wanted to gain 8 lbs of muscle in 3 months then 8 lbs in 6 weeks and now it's 10lbs of muscle. Either your trolling or blatantly ignoring all the feedback that has been provided to you by members so far.

Its all good brother, glad you are here.
It wont take much to get you there a small test cycle and clean diet will have you there in eight weeks. I would run some ephedrine and caffine as well but thats just me.

Glad to have you here again!
I hope you capture your dreams

The peptides dont work as fast as aas, but you could probably reach your goals with them, in time. First thing I would do is get some blood work, make sure you're not low test. I you decide to run peptides, and no aas, then you may want to consider running some sarms as well, like s4.

May i know why not having low test is important before starting peptides?

yeah I suggested several peptide and Sarms cycles for him in his other threads he started . I believe he can reach his goal with peptides, SARMs, insulin /hgh, and NO AAS , if he does it properly with the right protocols.

if you have naturally low levels of Test , then your likely not going to be able to make gains and hold onto the gains you do make. you need the hormonal foundation to support your goals. if the foundation is not there you'll be spinning your wheels
