Yo Bobbo,

Hey,
Thanks for the compliments!!!
I had major surgery (Brain) 28 months ago. I had seizures for 35 years. At 10 months old I began convulsing throughout the night, which formed scar tissue on the Left Temporal Lobe of my Brain and I began taking meds. The dosages of meds were increased over the
years. At age 35 I had Brain Surgery. My surgeon removed the scar tissue and I have not had a seizure since. It's been over 28 months now. My meds were drastically reduced. I have tons more energy and am no longer sleepy all the time. It's like living a different life. Now that I have more energy I'm determined to stick with it.
I began loosing some weight 6 months after surgery. But 11 months ago was when I really began working out. Lost more fat and gained mass.
I just went to my dr. 3 days ago and he told me I'm a Success Story!! Made my day.

Hey everybody,
Thanks for all the compliments.
Hey Thickmass,
Thanks for the compliment on my legs. I thought maybe they were lagging.
Hey Indurance,
That's what I call it, "My 2nd Life."

Any body have any suggestions on how to improve on shoulders?
