Started at 6’3” and 180 pounds with probably 12% BF
Currently sitting at 252 and 8% BF

More symmetry I guess). I’ll be honest though, underestimated my travel schedule for work, how drained I get from flying and airports and being disciplined in the kitchen whilst on the road. Been steady but had some slacker moments already for sure. Wanting to make sure I’m not wasting the opportunity and the cycle.

Hell of a journey.
I lifted a lot in my late 20's and early 30's, but then went through life out of the gym for just under 20 years. I've already past my younger size and about the same strength though over 50 now.
I'm hoping this first cycle I'm a week into leads me to a solid 225lbs....of course I know I'll then want more and I'll blame you with these dam pics :wg:
