Rate my physique
Hi guys, i would like to know how do you rate my physique? I dont train to be huge and be a bodybuilder, I train to look good and a little big but not so much. Im 6.23 feet and I have always been very skinny.
The photo isnt very good quality. My biceps looks smaller in the photo than in reality i dont know why. What do you think? Or what do you think im lacking?
P.S. Currently im cruising on 350mg test a week. And i have not gone to the gym for 1 week so im not "pumped".

Hard to say from that pic to blurry. It seems you are going for a build that when out in public you are a bit bigger than the average guy. In that pic it's hard to tell.

Pulldowns
Overhead press
Incline press
Flys

I second OBS rec.
Do the basic big compound lifts no exercise masturbation shit.
Squat or leg press
Flat bench decline bench bar bell and dumbs
Heavy lat pulldown and seated rows
Shoulder press and reverse bent over flys. All them other muscle groups people ficus on for stupid asthetic reason will grow fine, as they are forced to go along for the ride with these big compound movements.
.Arnold once said. If you go in the gym and do 4 sets of one exercise right and then leave, you're doing more fir muscke growth than the guy in there for 2 hours.

You look like the average joe blow. Good foundation with a lot of potential though.

Id say you looked like the avg gym goer right now, quads are obviously a strong point and would be if you trained them hard to grow and then also with the proper nutrition. Id say you have reached your goal, but i would definitely recommend some back and lat work. Chest and back seem to be your weakest link imho
