Thats pretty much my goal! I might do Tren next year but for now ill stick with these compounds.

Im switching dBol this week, going without orals until week 8/9 and jumping into either VAR or Winny.

8 WEEKS IN UPDATE

any estimates on where my current body fat is? Around 15%?

Currently running:
500mg Test E Split twice a week
400mg Primobolan Split twice a week
25mg Proviron ED
50mg Winstrol ED

looking good . probably 11-12% bf . where do you live? looks nice there , shit where I'm at I got 3 feet of snow in the yard.

whats your diet currently looking like?

Id say 10% , and you have done very well . Put on alot of mass while staying very lean man nice job

Argentina! (Right in the border with Brazil, summer about to hit us!)

Current Diet is currently:

Daily intake of Grams of Protein 260
Total Calories: 3250

The rest of the calories are split between carbs and fats; my entire diet plan is in spanish but its mostly the following stuff:
Protein Sources: Egg whites; Chiken breast; Salmon, Tilapia, Merluza (white fish) tararira (river white fish); Optimum nutrition protein.

Carb Sources: Rice, Oats; Oven cooked potatoes, bananas, apples and pineapples and some cereal (i know.. its not helpful but im addicted to them since im a kid!).

Fats: Complete Eggs (only doing 2 per day at this time); avocados, and some nuts.

I try to do at least 4 meals a day split around 3/4 hours, every single with filled with protein.
