    Before pic. starting my cycle today

    Ok tonight I will start my TESTOVIRON DEPOT 250 cycle

    here is the plan
    We are going to start with 2 injections a week
    Doing the workout suggested by this site
    Food consumption will be massive

    our cycle will last about 3 months.

    I'm going to be getting a fit test for all my mesurments either tonight or sometime very soon (couple of days) and I will post them all

    Who's "we"? Are you running this cycle with someone else?

    JK bro. I'm curious though, why didn't you add some dbol at the start with that test? With your weight, I'd want to bulk up and nothing does it like dbol!

    Yeah me and my roomate are cycling together.
    We go to the same gym so we can spot each other when i hit the 95lbs dumbbells :-P


    Price is why I am not going with Dbol . canadian prices are quite high for this stuff.

    If anyone in toronto know where to get it at a good price please message me :-p

    Change in plan

    Well slight change in plans.
    My supplyer couldn't get testoviron so we got Sus 250 instead.

    I did my first shot last night. I have had millions of neddles stuck into me in my life because of a bad accident but I never stuck myself before :-P took a few mins to get the guts to do it but it was fine. hardly felt it and it didn't even bleed :-P
    My sholder feels like I have a wicked charlie horse lol


    We did chest and Biceps last night. first workout in 3 weeks and did bench with 85lbs dumbbells. can't wait to see how high I can go

    Get used to that feeling bro. Damn, you should of got enanthate or cypionate ....I'm running sust now and I will never do it again.

    3 reasons:

    1) you have to inject every other day (read Iron Game's thread in the educational forum.)

    2) it always hurts for days after a shot (I'm at the point now where I'm strategically selecting injection locations so that it won't interfere with my upcoming workouts.)

    3) I've had a shortness of breath problem from sust I never had with enanthate.

    Sorry to put a damper on things, just my experience with sust.

    soreness only last about 2 weeks for me using sust. Granted that's about a week longer than when I use one ester tests.

    I didn't really have much of a choice but to use the sust. I was supposed to get testoviron depot but the supplier couldn't get enough so he got us some sust instead.

    My buddy did sust before and he gained about 20lbs. he injected once a week and then twice a week for the last couple of weeks. he didn't have the breathing problem.

    We are injecting twice a week


    I guess everyone reacts diffrent

    Looks like that thread about sust has some good and bad stuff just like every otehr Steroid :-P

    My buddy got good results and minimal side effects so i think i will be ok for my first time.

    We are plannign our next cycle already :-P

    not sure what it will be but I will let ya's know :-P

    Well 5 weeks into my cycle ahd here are my stats

    from 170lbs to 183lbs
    Masive strength gains. was doing like 85lbs DB bench press (having a hard time) to now training with 95lbs DB and pumping out 8-10

    here are a few pics.
    I made a before roids and a during roids pic :-P

    Hope you can see a diffrence.


    Personaly I can't see much of a diff from the pics.
    I know my back and sholders grew alot.

    Oh and please no spams about the bloating lol
    I bloated up alot in the mid section

    I can't figure out how to add the pics in the message and not as links. any help would be appreciated and I will fix it.

    What are you eating? I am getting good natural results on 6 meals of 33grams protein(6 oz chicken), and 1 1/2 cups of rice and 1 1/2 cups of potatoes(mashed) per meal. Try it, works like a charm for me.

    1/2 cut oatmeal
    5 egwhites

    Meal 2
    5 oz chicken breast
    11 almonds

    meal 3
    4 oz lean ground beef
    1 cup broolli
    Salt

    meal 4
    6 oz sole
    1 cup brocolli
    salt

    meal 5
    6 oz chicken breast
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1 tbs flax seed oil
    salt


    it's a pretty good diet. i lost 4 inches on my waist in 5 weeks a while back.

    starting on it again now.

    Hey buddy, i saw your diet below to help lower your bf...do you know how many calories it is? for the day and at each meal....i might want to do it too...ive been at 20% bf for way to long and its really pissing me off...any help would be appreciated. currently i eat 1/2 of brown rice, 5 oz of chick breast, and about a cup of veggies, or something like a meal like this 5x a day...each meal i think is about 400 cals

    not sure about the calorie count in this diet.

    if you notice there is not alot of carbs. you get your energy from the fats.

    I went from 21% bf to 14% in teh 5 weeks I did this diet.

    here is teh actual full diet.

    hope it helps it did for me

    Not flaming you at all, I can tell you have improved. I just think you could have done that with out juice. I would make sure your gear is legit.

    I'm done my cycle now and we will see how much I keep.
    and how much more I can put on


    I lost some of the bloatedness so i look more ripped now

    can't wait to get below 10% bf
