    1 year Bodybuilding Pics

    Here is my progress in the past year. I am 23, 6'0 and natural. I think my weakest areas are my legs and calves, and my back, especially lats. I am going to be starting bulking soon and I'm gonna start prioritizing those areas. Any feedback is welcome.

    Good job...... Great progress in a year. Everthing looks good but I would also try to bring your upper chest up a bit to even out you chest.

    You should be proud of what you did in a short time (1 year)... Way to go!

    Let's see some back pics. That way we can critique them. I'd say as far as front, your chest/shoulders and arms are disproportionate arms too big, chest/shoulders too small. Abs could use a little work too, esp. obliques. Legs aren't as bad as you think, when compared to your upper body. Great progress though! The change from the old you to the new you is amazing.
