I been working serious for just over 4 months now.I used to workout in my home,but decided to give up and join a gym,as i never lasted more than 2 months from doing it in my house.And come to think of it,i never had a clue how to lift correctly,i just thought "if i lift these weights,i'll get big" I only ever done Chest,Biceps and Legs.When i joined my local gym,i decided to read more into bodybuilding.I've read Arnies book and learned ALOT from that,i also buy Flez magazine.There was so much i never knew before now,like eating the right stuff..This is my current routine:
SHOULDERS:- MONDAY
Lat Raises.3 Sets,8-12 reps
Mili Presses.3 Sets.10 reps
Upright Rows.3 Sets.12 reps
Bent Lat Raises.3 Sets.10 reps
BACK:- THURSDAY
Deads.3 Sets.8reps (warm up with 8 reps with light weight)
Rows.3 Sets.12 reps
Chins.3Sets.10 reps
Pulldowns.3Sets.12 reps
CHEST:- TUESDAY
Bench Press.2 Sets.6-8 reps
Incline Press.2 Sets.10 reps
Dumbell Press.3 Sets.12 reps
Incline Flyes.3 Sets.12 reps
BICEPS:- MONDAY
Barbell Curls.3 Sets.12 reps
Preacher Curls.3 Sets.10 reps
One Arm Preacher Curls.3 Sets.10 reps
Concentration Curls.2 Sets to failure
TRICEPS:- TUESDAY
Close Grip Bench Press.2 Sets to failure
Pushdowns 3 Sets.10-12
French Press.3 Sets.12 reps
Kickbacks.3 Sets.10 reps
LEGS:- THURSDAY/FRIDAY (Over the 2 days)
Squats.3 Sets.10 reps
Leg Exten.5 Sets.8-10 reps
Calf Raises.5 Sets.8-10 reps
I also work Abs Monday and Friday,with 100 crunchs,30 twisted sit-ups(bar behind head),30 Leg raises.
Wednesday/Saturday and Sunday are my days off..My Cardio is on Monday nights and Wednesday nights,which is 5 aside football.![]()

I thought a french press was when you sit up or stand up and bring the barbell(whatever) behind your head and extend. Overhead extension. Well, that is what I thought
