    Cool My turn...

Okay, been here for a while, so I guess it's my duty to post my photo as well. Here goes... taken in my first contest (5'11", 200 lbs) A bit out of shape now, but I'll be back

    Looks good

You look good. What show did you do? Did you win? Overall?

Judging from this photo, I would say you need a little more thickness through your legs though. Just constructive criticism though, not an insult.

Very deeply chiseled mid section by the looks of that picture! Nice striations in your delts as well, not to mention good size! You must have done quite well at your show.

You look great!!!!! Good Definition. What are you goals? I mean I would love to have your physique, but you may want to bulk or stay the same, as far as definition, I think you look great, but again it is all on what you goals are. What is your cycle like just curious?

    Thanks

Thanks everyone.. this is one of the most supportive BBS I've seen, and that probably keeps me coming back It's nice to see people supporting and complementing each other, so thank you for your complements as well.

In fact that's just a very, very good shot of me, but hey, posting your best shot is the name of the game, right?

Didn't win the show, just an average placement. What I occasionaly experience is a 'body building blues', and I sort of do it at half intensity or none, but eventually I always make a come back. (once a body builder / always a body builder)

When it comes to cycles, I always prefered very small dosages; it sickens me when I see first time cycles of 1000mg of T / week or such. That's nuts. To get 90% of the effects, I personally need 15 mg's of Dianabol / day or 250 mg of T / 10 days. We're individuals of course but I'd urge all the beginners out there to take it easy in the beginning, and never go crazy.

    Keep on pumpin' folks!

    A suggestion

    Bigdude,

I like to squeeze the legs together in this pose to make your legs apear like they are bigger than they are. I am impressed with you abs. Keep up the great work.

You look...SUPER GOOD. Your side thigh needs some more thickness but I think if you changed your posing you would find it.
Sweep your toes in closer to the middle of the foot on that back leg where you have your weight ...then turn your knee inward as to push it into the back leg. It will spread out your thigh a ton.

    Thanks

Thanks again for the feedback.. as said, that's a good shot of me, but ironically, my thighs are probably my best body part. My hamstrings are lagging behind, though... that explains the lack of depth if looked from the side. Here's a thigh shot.

Pleasssse try adjusting your posing. One of the most important things on stage is how you show your body. Your legs are beautiful... show them to their full potential. I wouldnt even bother telling you if I didnt think you already look great. A lot of guys fall a little short in the lower half. If you can show that you have that over them it can work in your favor.

bufchic is ABSOLUTELY right. That was the very first thing I noticed was your leg.

Part of a "good" bodybuilders presentation involves a lot of illusion which in ALL cases is how they pose.

I dare you to say that your leg doesn't look thicker if you put your toes on your outside foot (foot on judes side) inside of the arch of your other foot and squeeze your outside knee either out or in. (sometimes you have to adjust which direction you push your knee for maximum definition or size.)

Your leg should not look good from just ONE direction no matter what excuse you may have. A judge is not going to say "It looks like crap from the side, but the front looks good." That won't happen.

Just try it. You don't have to admit that I am right, but you will be glad you did it.
