Updated Pic
Here is a picture taken about 4 weeks ago. Weight was about 245-250 lbs at 6'3". Bodyfat was 7.5%. I'm a little over 250 now. In the 1.5 years prior to picture, I only used one bottle of T-200. I was working 65 hrs a week so I used it to maintain. Plan on starting again to get to about 270. Give me some of your thoughts. Thanks.

Looking awsome bro. Very symetrical and large. Amazing for so little AS. Keep up the great work.

Thanks for the compliments guys!
I used for nearly a year off and on, then took a break. Like I said, the last 15 lbs in a year and a half have been pretty much AS free. I lost a couple pounds again over the holidays. I'm struggling with my appetite. Its so hard to eat 7000 calories. What else increases appetite, other than injectable B-12 which I already use?

Thanks for the responses guys.
Glassvoice, I'm sure you will get there. I checked your profile and I was your size before. You can definitely do it.
Anybody see any lagging bodyparts? What do you guys think needs work?
-
01-03-2002, 11:42 AM #14
awesome bro! i dont see any lagging parts unless it is your calves, but i cant really see them, so i am not sure. just lift heavy bro, it builds thickness which we could all use a little more of! do you compete?

BigKev
No, I haven't competed yet. I've run into a little dry spell but if shit starts coming through soon, I plan on competing in May. With some help, I plan on being able to compete at 265 by then. I might have a picture from the backside where my calves are visible. Some people tell me they are good but I think they need work. God, I hate doing abs and calves though.

Back Picture
Here is a picture from the back. It was taken at the same time as the Front Double Bi. What do you guys think. I welcome constructive criticism.

Looking really good bro, I know how hard it is to fill a big frame as I am 6'4. I'm currently weighing in at 247 bf is about %12. You look really good though, your quads are freakin awesome!

looking great! are u right handed?
-
01-21-2002, 02:19 PM #23
Full Intensity
Why did you ask that about being right-handed?
I assume because the peak on my bicep looks bigger. I'm not sure if it is the light, angle, or what. The left side of my body is stronger. If you look at the front double bi, you can see my left quad looks bigger. Next time I'll have to have him light it from above or something so I can see symmetry better.

Bro, we have a very similar body structure. I too am 6'3" but you have me by about 20 lb. and a few pts on bf.
Yes I think your calves need work. But one of the problems we both face is that our calves are high. Sucks but that's genetics. I absolutely HATE working calves, they don't respond well and it just sucks. Nice work on the arms bro, and your back looks very solid. Nice separation bet. bi's & tri's. I'd like to see a front most muscular.
I wonder if having this height is an advantage for our quads. It seems like anything I do, they grow. What do you squat?

Looking good. What about those hamstrings? overall you look super bro!
-

Thanks for the comments guys, and gals!
Coroner: I have been hitting the calves pretty hard. I was stupid and didn't work them until about 1 yr ago. Even at 230 lbs, I still had a 38" vertical jump, so I never did calves. I wouldn't say that my legs grow that easily. I don't really go that heavy. Last time I squatted, I did 500 for 8 reps.
Sicilian30: Actually, I think my hams are pretty good. They are a lot better than they look in the picture. I did a poor job posing.
