Very nice back width bro....lots of potential!!
NO flame but I would guess your BF to be closer to 12-14%...still respectable considering mine is in the 18-20% range.

Yeah, it might be closer to 12%. I just joined one of the Gold's they opened up by where I live, and they gave me one of those caliper tests, but they dont really pinch you hard enough, in my opinion. I'm sure there was some more fat they could have squeezed out
Do you guys know if those scales that send an electrical impulse through your body are any accurate?
I started @ 140 lbs in April, 2001. Drug free, yet, thinking of starting something mild in February.Last edited by Lono; 01-02-2002 at 09:58 PM.

like i said bro, you have lots of potential! heavy compound movements will give you alot of thickness.

You look real good bro. I agree with big kev-you've got alot of potential. I'd definitely hold off on the gear until you've got some more experience under you're belt though. You haven't even been training for a ful year yet. There's tons of progress that you can still make w/out it. You'll end up screwing you're natural potential if you start too soon. Make sure you do like big kev said; heavy compound movements, lots of rest and eat big-you'll definitely grow. Start researching the gear now, so you'll be ready when the time comes. Just my .02 cents...
