My stats are 17year olds, 5"4, 72kilos(2.2x72kilos=158.4ibs) and been training for a 1 and 1/2 years.
my aim is to reach 80kilos-90kilos(176ibs-198ibs) with tobeys training routine, i think i could achive this.

Looks like you are young and know what you want. You have aways to go on the gains you have outlined. Eat clean lots of protein, Train with compound basic movements and train heavy. You will make it!
