    lat spread

I've been training for almost twelve years...never juiced, don't take any supplements beyond vitamin/mineral packs.

I'm 5'9" 225-230lbs, hardly ripped but not a slob either.

I'm still making good gains at 33 years of age, and I'd like to eventually get my weight up to a fairly-hard 240lbs.

Very basic. BB rows to start, then DB rows, then weighted chins or hammer pulldowns. I follow the Dorian approach: low sets, very high intensity. I might do two or three warmups for my first exercise followed by one all-out set. For DB rows, I go right to the heaviest weight in my gym. I'll do another single warmup set for my next exercise followed by an all-out set.

Lower back training is weighted hypers on one day, and very heavy reverse-hypers on another. I have not done full deadlifts in awhile, but they have been productive for me in the past.

I also do very heavy rack pulls on a different day as part of my trap routine, and I do a couple of lighter, high-rep sets of cable rows and curl grip pulldowns after my chest workout on "chest day." I find that it gives my chest an excellent stretch in the fully contracted position.

If I do one thing differently, it is that I train very infrequently. I always train as heavy as I can, but I only train every three days on a four-day bodypart split. That means that I am in the gym only five times every two weeks. When I train more often, my strength suffers and I become more prone to injury. This system also gives my plenty of time to have a life outside of the gym.

Look huge but Im curious about why the pants are so high up? They look to be a 1/2 foot above your waist....From the second pic up top it looks like you have abs....

They are hiked up maybe two inches, so that I don't end up soliciting feedback on my gluteal development.

That is exclusively my wife's job

Very wide. I think the low camera angle makes you look fatter around the waist than you actually are. Trying experimenting with different angles.
