I'm back, and bigger
-Whats goin on people? Well as some of you might remember i hurt my back, so i only been training for about a month/month and a half now. Still off and on wanted to take it easy. I am ready to dive back in head first. So what do you people think i need to work on, this is just of my upper body for now. By the way, i have been diagnosed with ''small fore arm syndrome'' any one got a cure that works?
-I am only 16 yrs old, I dont want to juce, I figured i would mention that, so i dont get a 100 flames tellin me why i shouldent juce.
-Ok, i dont know my max lifts yet, i will post that this weekend,
-Age:16
-Height:5'7
-Weight:143-148 (my weight go's up and down so damn much its unbelieveable)
-Started out just before i turned 16 at 125 (ish) pounds. Then i got hurt and -stumbled all the way back down.
-Flame away, i am not the sensitive type at all, i need constructive critisism.
-If my spelling is alil off its because i dont have MS word any more

Well you can't tell too much from the pics but I'd say just some over all mass is what ya need. Try to maintain BF I'd say or atleast try to keep it close to wher it is now, it'll make it easier for you later. good luck

It's hard to tell from those pics, but your traps seem to be coming along nicely. IMO you need more mass.

My diet:
Wake up at 6:30, 6 eggs glass of milk
Lunch at 11, atleast 3 sandwiches (turky/ham/tuna) most days i will eat 4.
Home before work (2:30-2:50) 20 mins to eat everything in sight, 2 or 3 of them hot pocket things, (i got like 10 mins to eat, 3 mins to cook, and 7 mins to eat)
After work 7:00, most of the time it is 2 large bowls of pasta. (italian)
Before i go to sleep, 11:00, most of the time it is leftovers.
Gym time is normally 7:30-8:30.

I'd eat a little different, try to get more protein in there. In that time where you have 10 minutes try to get something thats protein, or actually make some oatmeal in that time and have some whey with it. There should be enough time for that as it only takes probably 3 minutes to cook as well and it's much better for you. The pasta is good, get some meatballs with that so you have some protein, just remember to get enough carbs and protein, your protein SHOULD be at about 1g per lb of body weight and generally you want more carbs then protein (unless dieting). The eggs in the morning sounds fthe right stuff, you'll end up a monster!

If you're bulking, id keep your protien a lot higher than 1g per lb. I'd go 1.5 atleast and keep it in 50 gram increments.

So! here is the upper body, legs need some work so i dont see the use of posting. Well, i seem to think that my shoulders are my best feature, but lets see what you peoples think. I got the GNC whey protine, it doesent seem to mix well, what the hell do you people mix it with, i always end up drinking sandy milk, and suggestion?

You can see your face in the first pic you posted if you look in the mirror in the background. Just to let you know.
Also, are you a wrestler kid? Your neck is huge for 16.
Mass, mass. At 16, I’m willing to bet that everything is moving in your body so quick that weight gainers would be a good idea. A small serving to mix with milk and drink with your lunch. Also, you go from 6:30 until 11:00 without eating. Damn hommie…you should be starving in that time. I used to go nuts in class dreaming of lunch time. At 9:00 pop open your “lunch box” and eat a protein bar and an apple. Bring an extra fruit or healthy snack like some nuts to eat an hour before school ends. Then go home and rush to eat.
Also, to be honest. Time will prove to be the best “emassifier.” LOL…I make up words all the time.
All that hard work will just yield tremendous results when you get older. Sorry.
OH AND THIS IS VITAL. VITAL, VITAL, VITAL.
You’re young. You’re spending a lot of your bodies energies that it’s using at your age to grow naturally. Bones, some organs, height. So you need carbs, and TONS, I’m talking TONS of sleep man.

This is a prob, i can never sleep, seriously, i dont think i have gotten a night of sleep past 7 hours in like a year. they say if i want more sleep i have to go to bed earlyer opsed to sleeping in and even when i try i cant fall asleep before 11:30-12:30 its imposible. But i guess i will have to work on that.

Your diet sux.
Try to eat every 2-3 hours if possible , i know that be hard with school and all. At least 5-6 times a day if possible, and do what btdr suggested, get about 50g protein with each meal.
My most fav source of protein is raw eggs. They are cheap as hell.

Yeah I guess I should have said it the first time BDTR is right on, ATLEAST 1 g per lb and 1.5 is better. I didn't notice yur neck at firstbt it is well developed. Change that diet and see what happens

mine is 17.5" !!! so your a big necked kid i wish ive got your size when i was that age. keep it up!!! bdtr and lostup give you very good diet advise

With school it may not be easy, but you can wolf down a can of tuna between 2 classes, down a protein shake here, a bar there... many of us do that thru the day at work There is always a way!

Tuna is a good idea, good for me that i like it lol. 6 meals shouldent be too hard, i am eating atleast 6 meals a day, just not of the rite stuff. yeah, i work to, school is 8:-2:15, and work 3:-7.

at your age gear can make you go from "john doe" to "JOHN HOLMES"
you might rethink your options as at your age your window of opportunity is closing rapidly

and if used with letrozol the extra test will even increase linear bone growth-yes that means you will get taller
and please no debates here people--do a word search on Let and test or linear growth--its not a secret

My neck is about 17 inches if I don't flex it (wow I never purposely flexed my neck before this post) and over 18 inches if I do (I didn't really know I could flex it that much). I got new pics maybe I should post em up... hmmmm
Just to give you some food ideas for good carbs and proteins I always like to eat oatmeal a banana and some whey powder in the morning, or some eggs and sausage maybe, the tuna really is a best friend, peanut butter, beef, chicken, turkey, fish if you like it, pasta, rice, bread, all of these are good things to eat to put on size. the obviou things basically. Icecream, eat it as itself or mix it with a proten shake, makes some tasty weight gainer shakes
If you want to up your forearms try some farmers walks, and wrist curls.
