-Whats goin on people? Well as some of you might remember i hurt my back, so i only been training for about a month/month and a half now. Still off and on wanted to take it easy. I am ready to dive back in head first. So what do you people think i need to work on, this is just of my upper body for now. By the way, i have been diagnosed with ''small fore arm syndrome'' any one got a cure that works?

-Weight:143-148 (my weight go's up and down so damn much its unbelieveable)
-Started out just before i turned 16 at 125 (ish) pounds. Then i got hurt and -stumbled all the way back down.
