    Female!

    I took of my chest, but you get the idea. I work really hard on my legs and butt. what do you guys think?

    shrunk it down for you some. how long have you been working out and what are your goals. It looks like you have the muscle to work with, but I am not sure what your goals are.

    I have many goals for myself but, the most important to me now is to lose more bodyfat (and Im always trying to increase my strength and muscle mass. )
    Ive used a lot of thermogenic drugs in the past which Im trying to take a break from right now.
    Ive had to back off dieting in the past few months because it started causing me more harm than good so Ive ended up gaining about 3% or so more b/f than i used to have. My main short term goal now is to get rid of that excess b/f and see where that gets me.

    Any ideas and opinions are welcome!

    Seems like you have a good plan in place. Let me ask you a quick question though. What kind of sides did you get to make you stop the thermogenics. I myself am trying to decrease bf right now and it seems like I am carb sensitive. I ingest high amounts of protien and when I introduce carbs my weight can fluctuate a couple pounds real quick. What product did you use as you thermo. By the way you look great at least the half we can see.

    You have big legs (I mean that as a compliment....very muscular) with very nice shape. Fortunately your goals are very similar to many on this board...drop some BF...I'm in EXACTLY the same boat. You have nice narrow waist line which really accentuates your quad sweep...hamstrings and calves look good as well.

    You should visit the Diet, Suppliment and training forums as well, I'm sure you will find lots of helpful tips in the threads there...just use the search button, and if you're looking for something specific...post a new question

    Looks good to me You have the size, so you know how to weight train. I don't know what your routine is like - But if you want a more slender appearance, I'd say do 45 min. of cardio 60%-80% intensity 4x's a week and don't even worry about the thermogenics. Eat clean, lots of water, and you'll be fine!

    Thank you all for your comments, i find them very motivating.

    I've taken thermolean, hydroxycut, exenadrine, ripped fuel....and more but i cant remember which ones. I like thermolean the best out of all. They all have the same overall effect, but if you gain weight from eating carbs its probably because your holding water and taking a thermogenic drug wont necessarily solve any problems. Low carb, high Protein diets make you lose a lot of water fast and when you return to eating carbs or have a cheat day with lots of carbs you regain that water plus some. It is a side effect of dieting and it'll go away eventually if you let your body adjust to eating more CHO. Maybe add some slowly into your diet over a few weeks instead of reintroducing them all out. But if you have to diet to lose some weight you'll probably need to diet to maintain it.

    Right now Im doing cardio 4-5 days a week for 45-60min., weight training 3-4 days a week, and kickboxing for 3-4hours a week so Im doing everything possible to reach my goal, maybe even too much.
    Oh and Ive done about 3 cycles of clen over the past year and a half, but it interferes with my concentration too much at work so for now Ive stopped.

    Looking like you have a lot of mass, Gnome - great start ! What are your stats?? Sounds like you're hitting the cardio pretty hard - good for you!
