    Hey chinups,

    Great ab structure and very full pecs. It is hard to critique you just from that pic. Can't see your legs, back and side. Your arms & shoulders look like they have good shape but just need more size on them to be in proportion with your big chest.

    Wasn't going to post because I felt cheesy but I guess I never called this one back. I am neglecting carbs before my vacation to VEGAS. But when I get back I am going to get real sick about eating and working out habits. I will post more pics in about 2 months. Debating AS for the first time anyone have any 2 cents they want to throw in. Thanks for replies. By the way bad ppic for my arms, they look alot better then that, tri's anyway.

    You have a great base bro, sick abs, nice trabs and a great overall definaition. As far as gear goes here is my suggestion, A) Make the decision ON YOUR OWN that this is what you want...we will not help you make that decision. B) Do some research on differen't types of gear and put together a cycle you think for would work for you based on your research C) Start a thread in the Steroid Forum stating age, height, weight, training experience and goals. When you have done this we can offer as much advice as we possibly can to assure your safety and success. Good luck bro.

    Sweet. Yeah you guys no your shit. I have been researching some VAR for awhile. I am more concerned with the shitty market, but eventually I will come across something good for VAR. This would be my first cycle so I want to be cautious. Even still this board is good for all kinds of knowledge. Thanks
