yeah, he's natural. as amatter of fact he's only been training seriously for about six months, he's went from 190 to 212. he got his base, i swear to god, bench pressing, that's it, benching. every day in college. w/ the occasional tricep pushdown, never worked legs until six months ago, never worked back, traps, forearms, abs. he eats like a sedentary individual. the owner of the gym we work out at gave him a diet, but he hasn't been able to get it together yet. he's a superfreak.
