I am 100 % natural, and have never taken supps as stated above

What do you do to get your back split down the middle like that? Reverse sit ups, rows?
And what do you do for traps?

Most of what i remember of sully is his back when he turned and ran away from me 100 mph after bein a punk talking smack at a club i bounced in. Never seen anyone run like that before.

Reverse situps, i've never done them, for the first time i actually tried them yesterday, didnt like em.

My back wokrout consists of ... Weighted pullups-lat pulldowns-BB ROWS!!!!!- cable rows and 1 ARM DB rows, yes i do all of this in 1 workout, close to 20 sets and it works for me

As for traps, i do 4-5 sets of only db shrugs 6-10 reps, or sometimes bb and db shrugsin the same workout, once a week.

my diet : well its not perfect, being so young and genetically gifted i dont need to stick to such a strict diet, i try eat healthy as possible, but occassionaly i will eat pizza, ham burgers, that kinda stuff.

My main source of protein is from meat and chicken, i eat 6 meals a day.
Believe it or not, i dont touch Tuna or eggs, i puke if i eat that ****

As for school, im in my last year, so my timetable isnt so bad, i take a couple of sandwhiches to school when im there for a few hours !

I just eat non stop, never go longer than 2 ½ hours with no food.

Day 1 : Chest/Biceps
Day 2 : Cardio/abs
Day 3 : Shoulders/Traps
Day 4 : Legs
Day 5 : Triceps/abs
Day 6 : Back
Day 7 : Cardio or rest, usually rest !
