As far as I know he's completely natural. He doesn't even use any supplements.

I dont have any wheel shots, they are my weakest muscle they are currently on 24"
I am 100 % natural, and have never taken supps as stated above

What do you do to get your back split down the middle like that? Reverse sit ups, rows?
And what do you do for traps?

Most of what i remember of sully is his back when he turned and ran away from me 100 mph after bein a punk talking smack at a club i bounced in. Never seen anyone run like that before.

As for traps, i do 4-5 sets of only db shrugs 6-10 reps, or sometimes bb and db shrugsin the same workout, once a week.

As for school, im in my last year, so my timetable isnt so bad, i take a couple of sandwhiches to school when im there for a few hours !
I just eat non stop, never go longer than 2 ½ hours with no food.
