yeah its tough foe taller dudes sometimes, you are gonna have to eat a lot, and speak with other tall dudes to gain...
my friend was 205 and gained almost 30 lbs from cyp and sust... (i know they are kinda the same ) he did 3 sus 2 cyp a week i believe.....

thank you! yes, i'm currently on my 5th cycle (use low dosages of as, but i only will use sust)... my chest was always pretty big, even when i was 160 in high school..
chest work out, once a week
flat bench 6 sets, 2 warm ups w/ a 45 lb bar, then start with two 45's on each side, then i increase 50 lbs each time till i max at about 375-425...
incline dumbell press.. 3 sets, 80, 100, 120, sometimes 140, but i feel its not usefull, i like to control each rep slowly to get the most out...
12 reps 80
10 reps 100
8 reps 120
another press, machine cybex or something
3-4 sets
start with 45 on each side then increase 90 lbs each set
then usually a fly. either on bench or machine.
(i stay light, 30-60 lbs, slow and controlled)
(i switch it up weekly, never keeping it the same, just remember to go slow when lifting, if the weight is too much, who cares, lift what you can properly to grow quicker.
(i'll have new bulk pics today or tommorow)
well, i never did over 20 susts for a cycle... this even when i went to 750 a week.
i don't really like to stack, i feel the more you work out to your potential, the better results, only little juice is needed, how many people honestly eat 5,000 calories a day. plus 300 grams protien a day and so on?
too many people say they never grow, thats bull, anyone can, but they never give it enough time...
(the sust cycle i'm doin now, is thr first i'm doing the proper way, and will be the first time i use clomid)
it will be perfect, just remeber to eat at least 5,000 calories a day, and at least 300 + grms protien a day, including lot of carbs too....
