I am 5'9" when the wind is blowing and straight..hehehehe about 5'8 and 1'/2".
Body fat was 13-15% in the bulked pictures.
I won the comp heavyweight and overall...sorry about the pics and the rotation and clarity they were scanned.
My goal is to get to 270-80 at about 7-8%.
I currently train 4 -5 days a week doing heavy basic exercise under "time over tension" principles for rep speed 3-4 seconds to lower 1 sec pause and 1 sec positive.
I really think this has helped me to enhance me gains when clean along with 4-AD and precise clean nutrition and supplements.
I train:
Day 1
chest arms abs
Day 2
Quads
Day 3,4 off-some light aerobics
Day 5 Hamstrings Calves Abs
Day 6 Lats traps delts neck forearms
Day 7 off
Day 8 repeat cycle.
I will post some better pics soon from a digi camera....

My arms are my weakest body part...barely over 20" and not the best shape-peak.
I have recently been training them together(bis/tris) and it seems to be helping adding more fullness to them.
Big Kev thanks for the kind words here is an example of my favorite back routine in the off season.......
The following two * exercises are warm ups only and done not even close to failure.
*Pullovers-dumbell or machine-2 x 5-8
*Lat pulldowns(varying grips)-1-2 x 5-8
The work out begins............
Pre-exhaust-exercise combo
Set 1 Dumbell or machine pullovers-1 set x 6-8 reps + immediately followed by 1 set to failure of reverse grip chins.
Set # 2 Repeat set # 1
Exercise 2
Set 1& 2 1 arm dbell rows 2 sets x 5-8 reps
Exercise 3 combo-my favorite
Sets 1,2, and 3 Barbell Bent Rows performed to positive failure-5-8 reps-then immediately begin deadlifting the weight used for the BB Rows to failure for 5-8 reps-then immediately shrug the barbell used for the Deads for 5-8 reps! Repeat 1-2 times.
Exercise 4
Wide Grip Chins for 2 sets to failure
Exercise 5
1 set of machine or dumbell pullovers to failure........

you are def. a big boyi quess the only criticism i can give is to work on bringing out more separation in your quads, a little blurry looking, but damn they are huge...you may have to sacrafice just a little size in the quads to bring them in tighter...but hey who the hell am i to say...LOL..
