hey ive been a member here for about a year i dont really have to many post but do a lot of reading and research instead and thought id just submit my pic. im about 5'10 down to about 200 lb and have plenty of experience in training and cycle use. not running anything right now but im getting my new one ready for the first of feb.

Out of curiosity, how long have you been training and how long ago did you start your first cycle?

ive been training a total of 7 years...iv had a couple set backs due to injury over the past couple of years though...and i started my first cycle when i was young, im 21 now and i started my first when i was 19.
