What do your cycles look like, holding 20lbs in one year is very good bro, If one of your goals it to be over 200 keep eating...every 2-3 hours... high protein, low carbs, low fat... keep up the good progress... Train heavy and stay dedicated, the size will come bro
good job man
Hey monster, I'm only 18, so I'm holding off on doing any cycles anytime soon. Hitting over 200 pounds is definetly one of my main goals. I made a goal which is to reach a solid 230 when I'm 25. Thanks for the reply.
Good progress so far, the only thing I would recomend is shaving
Looking solid bro, I'm 18 too & our stats look alot alike (only I have a higher bf%). What's your diet look like?
