I wouldn't hit the legs twice a week. You might just end up overtraining them. I'd just hit the crap out of them once a week and then give them plenty of time to recouperate.
try hitting them every leg workout with 2 dif kinds of pressing movements and then do some hams and leg extensions for definition.
I always do this and put in my deads with back a few days later and it seems to work great for me. I've put on a lot of size in my legs this year. I also don't bother doing calves on leg days since I found that I wasn't pushing as much at the end of my workout and they didn't get a pump at all.
I think you're legs look just as good as the rest though. But it's always cool to have huge legs anyway
