Hi everyone....some people here might remember my bulk diary I did in the autum. Well I now started cutting and here are some pics taken 4 weeks apart. Feedbacks would be appriciated
Since I started I've been on
150mg prop eod
2 first weeks : 80mg effedrin every day then
2 weeks of about 100mcg clenbuterol ed
cardio and training 5 times a week
very low carb and high protein diet. Trace fat (15g ed)
I've lost about 4 pounds total. A little muscle have been sacrafied, but not much.
About to start winny tabs 50mg ed on Monday![]()
