results after 4 weeks of cutting!
Hi everyone....some people here might remember my bulk diary I did in the autum. Well I now started cutting and here are some pics taken 4 weeks apart. Feedbacks would be appriciated
Since I started I've been on
150mg prop eod
2 first weeks : 80mg effedrin every day then
2 weeks of about 100mcg clenbuterol ed
cardio and training 5 times a week
very low carb and high protein diet. Trace fat (15g ed)
I've lost about 4 pounds total. A little muscle have been sacrafied, but not much.
About to start winny tabs 50mg ed on Monday

I can see a difference...shoulder def. is coming in nicely...shaving makes a big difference as well Keep hard at her bro. Good work.

it should be easy. and fast..
stay on top of your diet and cardio and it will fall in for ya.

Well, based on that photo (not the sharpest image) I would estimate your present bf at approx. 12-14%. I think another 8-10 weeks of clean eating and cardio (like BD81 siad) should get you down close to where you want to be. Just stick with your game plan and if you stall, switch your routine up a little...maybe switch to HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio sessions. You can also play around a little with your caloric intake remembering not to go too low as you don't want to lose LBM. Good luck

diskey, you had great results on your bulkin cycle... and you'll probably have same on your cuttin! you seem determinated and "strict" to the rules you give yourself (hope you know what i mean bro, my english is poor in adjectives!).

thx for all the comments guys! I post some new pics in a couple of weeks. I'm actually following a diet and training sheme made by a IFBB pro, which is supposed to get you in contest shape in the shortest time possible (9 weeks total), but ofcourse I'm not nearly using the amount of gear he is talking about.
