    Any idea how much body fat I have ??

    Hard to tell from that angle. At least 10%, less than 14%. Big range I know but not much to go by with just that one pic.

    14 markas? I was thinking in the single digits? you can see good deltoid definition and some serratus...

    I'd say 10% or a little lower but we would need to see the abs and lower back to make a better guess.
