I'm 5'9" about 165pds 17in arms and a 44in chest it a tough thing my arms were always 19 in so to lose size is a hard thing on your mind but i got to the point were i dont care about the size anymore. I'm 34yrs old i cant lift the weights like i used to and i dont even try i'll only get hurt then i wont be able to train plus i do cardio 3 times per week were i never used to do it but it makes a huge difference. Thanks again for the complements.
