MikeW 4:th edition (Update)
Hi guys and girls.
Just a quick update of the old back. Been doing some seroius workouts for back the last six months and it has really payed off. Check for yourselves. The comparison pic is from my second edition, about a year and a half old.
The old pic and the new pic. Figure out for yourself which is which

Holly c-r-a-p, that's some wicked progress. Wish my back would grow like that in 6 months
Looks like you leaned out and got bigger at the same time too. Sweet stuff.

Thanks dangit. But it is 1.5 year between the pics. The six months period is the period where I actually started to "feel" the back in my workouts, and therefore began to really hit it hard.
Btw, the weight in the new pic is about 215 lbs, and the old is 203 lbs.
I have been doing short deadlifts (just under the knee) and chins, along with some dumbbell rows and close grip pulldowns. Gotta love the back workouts
