    before and after

    The pics speak for themselves. "before" is right after my Ex ditched me and u guys know what that can do to u!
    "after" is about 5 months after of witch one˝ month on roids. 250 mg sust/week.
    Feels better to be big(ger)

    That's a fantastic improvement on such a low dose of test. Have any more before & afters?

    How much weight did you gain overall? Can you give your stats?

    Just as an aside I'm mostly Danish and I notice most Scandinavians like us seem to have the kind of lats you and I both have -attached up high at the base.

    Thanks! Before, 77 kilos, 181cm. After 85 kilos. BF 14%.

    I went from 77 to 81 wo any roids and the last 4 kilost with the test. Would have gained more if I´ve eaten better(more).
