I'm posting up pictures for the first time of my before & after pics. I have five pictures.
First off, I'm 5' 10"

Cycle:
Deca qv 300mg (week 1-10)
Sus 500mg (week 1-8)
some ephedra
-anti E = nolv, clomid, and HCG
I messed up on my diet on week 3-4, my work was keepin' me at 80hrs so I was missing meals and lackin' sleep. I made it up but I could've done better. My strength increased dramatically (bench, squat, presses).
Week 8 til present, I've been doin' cardio and tryin' to get lean. Week 6-8, I gained up to 205lbs but i was smooooothie.
Thinkin' of competing for the first time this Sep but iffy about goin' middle weight 'cuz of my height (5 '10).
What to do????
