First post and my ECA stack

Whats up? to everyone on the board

Just wanted to say i've been following AR for a number of years and let me say that theres some great advice on here that everyone looking to better themselves should follow. You guys have been a big help to me.
Started an ECA stack about 2 months ago first time trying it. Never really was the fat to begin but it definately has helped me in my quest for the "perfect body". I'm pretty sure im running at about a 7-8% bodyfat but thats just a guess. Not really the type to weigh myself i've always had a fear of the scale anyways thought id post a pic let me know what ya think

Looking good! With the ephedra ban, what are you using in place of it or plan to at least?

7-8% is too high, your in the 5.5-6% range.....good job

ahahha guys im a university student.. dont do that much laundry ahahhah roasted me though...

About the Ephedra as soon as i heard about the ban i stacked up on the stuff.. got enough to last me a few years
