    before pics of cycle

    here they are.
    5'5 172 lbs weighed yesterday, guessing bodyfat around 12-14%
    age 20

    let me know what u think,and let me no what i could improve on the first pic is shitty i look soo small in that pic ahha i will post more next week

    LOL thanx for the comment papa that isnt even my hate it my buddies, i agree ND does suck dont know why i was wearing it..lol
    anyways i should have said what i am taking now just started my 2nd cycle
    week 1-10 or 8 500 mgs of sust split up in too shots for the first 2 to 3 weeks
    week 1-3 200 mgs of cyp
    week 1-10 0r 8 50 mgs of winney every day


    looking to get hard so when i do cut i look better
