    1st time to post pics

    The first set of pics I weighed 220 and was when I began to diet down. I am 23 and all natural. I posted a thread on my diet in the diet section and am posting these pics so everyone who is helping can see a visual pic instead of just reading my stats. I am desperately trying to get to 7-8% soon. Any help would be appreciated. I am currently around 14-15% I believe. These are the before:

    closer to 20% imho. When trying to lose weight, the most important thing is not to get frustrated. It's a very slow process, especially if you're trying to keep the most muscle possible.

    yeah im thinkin more around 18-20%... hard work and dedication is all it takes! I commend you on still be natural.

    The first set of pics I was 20%. the last set is somewhere around 14-15%. Justt looking for critiques and some help on getting shredded. Like I said I posted my diet in the diet in the diet section and any help will towards my goal will be appreciated. Thanx.

    I try to do it at least 5 days a week in the morning. I have been doing it for 35 min, am about to bump to 40 then 45. I switched to doing cardio in the morning about 2.5 weeks ago and have noticed a big difference. Lost an inch in the waist in 1.5 weeks and was eating the same. But I still think I am behind where I should be.This last week w/ the holidays kinda screwed me up b/c I go to the gym at college and it was closed.
