    upload problem

    When i go to user CP my avatar is there but its not when i post. When i first put the picture on then i clicked save changes and it said this.......There has been an error in the upload. Please ensure that the file has been correctly selected and that the upload has taken place successfully. Does anyone know what i can do? thanks
