Same thing happened to me. You have to have a certain number of posts before it becomes available again. I don't know how many though.

I read in another post from an admin that the magic number is 15 post, you have 18 did you get you PM back?

i just tried now and it seems to have worked. I was able to send one out. i have not recieved any yet. Thanks alot for all your help!!!!
