    Exclamation MOD Help Please, No PM Option

    Trying to use PM for legitimate purpose:

    There is some kind of block on using PM's for the first week or something because I have no option to enable PM's under my USER CP. I have looked and looked for the past two hours and it is simply not there.

    I would appreciate it if a MOD could help me out.
