    it keep saying invalid file everytime that i try to put one up... does any1 know why this is happening?

    maybe the format is not suported

    Yeah - it has to be within the dimensions and file size limitations...
    my usercp says...

    Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 200 by 200 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
