    help

    my old user name is semperfizzle, i would like to keep this name, however i can not activate this account, i can not get the activation email sent to my email , so i created this account just so i can post, please let me know what to do.,.,thanks for your time.,.,.,md.

    Had you ever posted with the name semperfizzle? it shows that you registered with that name in Febuary 06 but have no posts... is your email still the same? or did you try to change it?

    please let me know asap and I can take care of this no problem....
