I have read the similar threads below and tried to fix this problem myself. However the only box it allows me to check is under the "arcade options" under PM notification. Other then that somebody told me I had to have 25 posts, is this still the case?

sometimes once you reach your 25 posts, it will take a day or two to have your PM feature activated.
