    i have 25 posts and still cant pm?? maybe its manualy turned on by admin??? help me out bros.

    Dude you need to turn it on in your Options. Click on UserCP top right hand corner of the screen, the Edit Options on the right hand side of the next screen. Under Messaging and Notifications you have to tick "Enable Private Messaging"
