    problem still>

    why that when i i am log in i cannot look at the legit pics of the picture forum and when i log out i can do so?..its been the problem since i started being a member.also when i try to pm one of yr board members it will not allowed me?..

    the problem above still exists,however i knw i can not pm anybody intil x amount of post is contribute.but i should be able to view the legit pics.
