Time and GMT problems

When I click the button "new posts" a message tell me that I have to wait something about 25000 seconds for my next search, so I cannot use that.
Plus I set DMT to the zone my country is, GMT+1 but it shows 3 hours forward, so I had to set it to GMT-2 to see the right time here.
Could this be the reason of those 25000 seconds??
