I understand that I need 25 post's in order to pm a moderator,I have a question though that I prefer to not make public allthough simple in nature..I realize I am unknown here but I do not have 25 questions to post as I feel I am finding all the info that I need to study about.I dont want to post 25 pointless post's just to bring up my count..Not sure what to do at this point..Thanks for any help offered..

For what its worth my intent is not to be an a**hole and look for short cuts,,I am going by the book and at this point working only on my diet,but wish to be prepared 100% when ready to take further steps..Great site and a wealth of info..I look forward to being here for the long haul..

honestly it was a source check only for a site I came across,,I am a ways off from needing these items because I feel I need to practice diet and add on at least 10-15lbs but wanted to establish a legit place not ug so that I overtime aquire everything that I will eventually need up front..I still have alot of reading to do and am not rushing things but with the expense I would like to spread my purchases over time while I am getting ready..I dont want to half ass this as I am one to plan out every thing I do and always be prepared..I have alot of work ahead of me before Ill be ready and prob time enough to make posts but I have yet to have a ? that I couldnt easily find an answer for here..I have been reading for some time before I joined..Thanx..
