I have recenlty found out that some people have signatures and I was told that I can turn them on or off on the User CP screen, but there is no such function on my page, what should I do?

yea,it has to be turned on by the individual in the User CP, under edit options and Thread Display Options
I think it should be automatically on ,especially for newbies !!
