User Cp

I am unable to access any of my user Cp. This is the message i get

beerpong, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I read through FAQ and couldnt find any solutions to my problem. Can somebody please help

Can i get some help with my pm please still unable to use. I would like to ask a question to a memeber yet it is to hard to say what i want to say without breaking the rules in my thread.
