    sending a PM

    Either theres something wrong with my account, I'm a complete ratard, or there is post requirement before I start sending PM's. Can someone please tell me how to or how many posts I need?

    25 posts required. in our experience, almost everyone who wants to pm right off the bat is up to no good.

    I was just about to PM someone, yea its my first post but there is some data I want to get from a user which is here and online atm. Anyway I can do that??

    While frustrating for someone eager to learn, I think it's a great policy. Too many spammers/scammers on these sites.
