    still cannot pm

    I am still unable to pm anybody on the board, and I have passed the 25 post mark. It was looked into before, but still cannot do it.

    Also I do not know what reason you feel you need so desperately to pm but please beware of people PMing you with motives as scams happen very easily with people wanting to pm so quickly...
