    Error when trying to upload pics

    I keep getting an error #2038 when I am trying to upload pics to a new post. I have tried to resize the pic but from what I can see it is within range size wise. Let me know what I have to fix.

    I get the same thing if I try to do it as an attachment it works ok if I do it as image. I have ask a couple of times for the contest.
